The Tourists’ Satisfaction
of Critical Service Features In Incoming Travel Agents In Group Package
Tour For The Antalya Region
Abstract
The development of
international tourism and the increases in alternative tourists centres
force the destination regions and tour operators to analyze the types of
customers. Consumer’s pleasure and perception of the holiday are
evaluated. Tour operators and employers in the destination regions try
to keep and integrate their market share by questioning the needs and
wishes of the customers. The reason’s the tourists who come to Turkey
are analyzed. In this research (1) testing the holiday needs and ideas
of tourists who came to Turkey by group package tours, (2) evaluation of
the satisfaction which belongs to the package tour customers, (3)
tourists’ intention of coming to Turkey again after consuming the
service are tried to be emerged. This regional research includes the
Middle and Western European tourists who came to Antalya by group
package tours. The reliability and validity of the evaluation on the
satisfaction of the service has been tested.
