This is a research proposal based on an ongoing PhD dissertation study. Afterwards, a benchmarking proposed to be done among the sample hospitality firms to determine the effectiveness level of ICT utilization by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The research started on September 2004 and supposed to be submitted to the Institute on June 2007. For the time being it is at the data analysis stage.
